Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects mouse CD25/IL-2 R alpha in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CD25/IL-2 R alpha is observed. In Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with rhCD25/IL-2 R alpha is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-2 R beta and rmIL-2 R gamma is observed.
