Mouse splenocytes were (A) cultured with plate-bound anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies overnight, or (B) unstimulated, then stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD69 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2386P) and Rat anti-Mouse CD4 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB554A).
