- Western blot analysis of p21/Cip1 using 30 µg of A) HCT116 cells with 30uM cisplatin treatment for 0hr and B) HCT116 cells with 30uM cisplatin treatment for 24hr lysate. Samples were loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with a p21/Cip1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-34805) at a dilution of 1:1000.

- Western Blot analysis of p21 was performed by separating various whole cell extracts by 12% SDS PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a p21 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34805) at a dilution of 1:1000. A: HCT116, B: HCT116 treated with 30uM cisplatin for 24hr.
