- PA1-26667 detects Rb (phospho S249) from human samples. PA1-26667 is expected to cross react with chicken (92% conserved), mouse (100% conserved), and rat (100% conserved) due to sequence homology. PA1-26667 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-26667 immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to a portion of human Rb containing serine 249 and threonine 252. The sequence is conserved in human, mouse and rat.
