- Detection of HNF-3 beta/FoxA2 in Human iPS Cells by Flow Cytometry. Human iPS cells were stained with Goat Anti-Human HNF-3 beta/FoxA2 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC2400G, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC108G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
