- Immunofluorescent analysis of USF1 showing staining in the nucleus of SK-BR-3 cells using a USF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35031) followed by detection using a fluorescent conjugated secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was stained with a fluorescent red phalloidin (7units/mL, 1 h at 37°C). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue) (10 µg/mL, 10 min).

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of USF1 in SK-BR-3 cells. Samples were incubated with USF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35031) using a dilution of 1:25 for 1 h at 37°C followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit at a dilution of 1:400 for 50 min at 37°C. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min) and permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor® 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7 units/mL, 1 h at 37°C). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10 µg/mL, 10 min). USF1 immunoreactivity is localized to nucleus significantly.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of USF1 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human breast carcinoma. Samples were incubated with USF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35031) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
