- Detection of Human/Rat Akt2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MBA-MB-123 human breast cancer cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, and C6 rat glioma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL Human/Mouse/Rat Akt2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2315) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). - Detection of Human Akt2 by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Akt2 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated) using 2.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Akt2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2315) .
