Western blot analysis of Phospho-AKT2 (Ser474) in Lane 1: HEK293T whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 2: HEK293T treated with EGF (100 ng/mL,15 minutes) whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 3: HEK293T treated with EGF (100 ng/mL, 30 minutes) whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 4: the Brain tissue lysate of rat (40 µg), Lane 5: the Brain tissue lysate of mouse (40 µg), Lane 6: C6 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 7: AML-12 whole cell lysate (40 µg).
