- Western blot analysis of BRG1 in Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a BRG1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81261) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:185 kDa. Observed band size:185 kDa.

- Immunofluorescence staining of SMARCA4 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with BRG1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81261) (1:5000) at 4° C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

- BRG1 was immunoprecipitated using: Lane A: 0.5 mg HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: 0.5 mg Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, 0.5 µL of BRG1 Polyclonal Antibody and 60 µg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein G. Primary Antibody: BRG1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81261), at 1:500 dilution. Secondary Antibody: Dylight 800-labeled antibody to rabbit IgG (H+L), at 1:5000 dilution. Immunoprecipitation was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 185 kDa. Observed band size: 185 kDa.
