- Western blot analysis of NIH/3T3 cell lysates (30 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with CEBPB monoclonal antibody , clone 47A1 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1069). Protein was visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
