- Western Blot: CEBP Beta Antibody (47A1) [NBP1-04266] - Total protein from 3T3-L1 mouse embryonic fibroblast adipose-like cell line, separated by 4-12% SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk for 1 hour at room temperature. The membrane was probed with anti-CEBP beta 1:1000 in non-fat milk. This image was submitted via customer review.

- Western Blot: CEBP Beta Antibody (47A1) [NBP1-04266] - NIH 3T3 cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human CEBP Beta; antibody (1:1,000). Protein was visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
