- PA1-26678 detects ERK1 + ERK2 (phospho T185 + T202) from human samples. PA1-26678 is expected to cross react with a wide range of species due to sequence homology. PA1-26678 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-26678 immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to a portion of human ERK 1 + 2 containing threonine 202/185 and tyrosine 204/187. This portion is conserved among many species including rat, mouse, cow, frog, snail, nematode, and fruit

- Western blot detection of Phospho-p44 MAPK + p42 MAPK pThr202 + pTyr204 + pTyr187 in extracts prepared from PC12 cells left unstimulated (lane 1) or stimulated with sorbitol (lanes 2-6).
