- MAPK1/MAPK3 (phospho T202/204) monoclonal antibody, clone G15-B (Cat # MAB1637). Western blot of MAPK1/MAPK3 activation in serum free DMEM, and EGF-100 ng/mL , 5min with 10% FBS in DMEM (4). Wells were equally loaded with 50 ug of whole cell lysate proteins/well. Western blot was performed and kindly provided by Dr. Martina Takacova from Intitute of Virology, Slovak Academy of Sciences, Bratislava, Slovakia.
