- Western blot of HDAC6 in whole extract of HEK-293T cells overexpressing human HDAC6. Samples were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed using a HDAC6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-25455) at a dilution of 1:1000 (lane 1) and 1:1000 antibody + HDAC6 immunizing peptide) followed by detection using a Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-Peroxidase and chemiluminescent substrate.
