- Western blot of A-431 cells untreated (lanes 1) or treated with pervanadate (lanes 2, 3 & 4). Blots were probed with PDPK1 (phospho Y9) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB7926). The latter was used in the presence of no peptide (lane 2), phospho-PDK1 (Tyr-9) peptide (lane 3), or an unrelated phosphotyrosine peptide (lane 4).
