- Figure. Immunoblot of Sf9 insect cell lysate. This affinity purified anti-Human PDK-1 detects 60 kDa human PDK-1 in lysates from myc-tagged human PDK-1 virus infected Sf9 cells. A 1:750 dilution is suggested followed by reaction with HRP conjugated Goat-anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] and chemiluminescent detection. Other detection systems will yield similar results.
