- Detection of human BAP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Hela cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BAP1 antibody (Product # A302-242A; A302-242A Lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BAP1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (A302-242A Lot 1) and rabbit anti-BAP1 antibody (Product # A302-243A). For blotting immunoprecipitated BAP1 (Product # A302-243A) was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BAP1 antibody A302-242A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. BAP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BAP1 antibody A302-243A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated BAP1, A302-243A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
