- Immunoprecipitation was performed on HEK293T cells overexpressing GAD1. Antigen-antibody complexes were formed by incubating the sample with 2 µg of GAD1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24908) antibody and 0.1 mg of goat anti-mouse conjugated magnetic beads overnight. The sample was washed extensively and probed with rabbit anti-DDK polyclonal antibody.
