Figure 1. Western blot using Affinity Purifiedanti-GSK3A antibody shows detection of a 52 kDa bandcorresponding to human GSK3A present in ~ 35 µg ofHEK293 whole cell lysate (lane 1). A 4-20% TrisGlycine gel was used for separation followed byblocking with 5% BLOTTO in PBS. Primary antibodywas used at a 1:1,000 dilution in blocking buffer andreacted overnight at 4°C. The membrane was washedand reacted with a 1:10,000 dilution of IRDye 800TMconjugated Gt-a-Rabbit IgG [H&L] MX for 45 min at room temperature (800 nm channel,green). Molecular weight estimation was made bycomparison to prestained MW markers in lane M (700nm channel, red). IRDye TM800 fluorescence image wascaptured using the Odyssey® Infrared Imaging Systemdeveloped by LI-COR. IRDye is a trademark of LI-COR,Inc. Other detection systems will yield similar results.
