- Western blot analysis on human brain lysate resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with ELAVL4 / HUD antibody Cat.-No. AP32781PU-N (5.0, 1.0 and 0.5 µg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates HuD (~42 kDa).
