- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse IGFBP-1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, weak cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IGFBP-5 is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IGFBP-1, rmIGFBP-2, rmIGFBP-3, rhIGFBP-4, rmIGFBP-6, or rhIGFBP-7 is observed.
