- IP-MS enrichment of MAPK8 (LFQ intensity): MAPK8 was enriched 2030-fold from HEK293 lysate compared to background proteins, using the optimized IP-MS workflow with Pierce MS-Compatible Magnetic IP Kit protein A/G (Product # 90409) and MAPK8 antibody (Product # LF-PA0047).
