- The 4 mg protein of whole tissue lysates derived from human brain were immunoprecipitated by 4 ug of NRP1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12718) o/n at 4°C, and probed by the same antibody at 1 : 1000. An immunoreactive band at ~130kDa was observed.
