- Description
- Description: The TNKUSOHA monoclonal antibody recognizes human CD304, which is also known as BDCA-4 and Neuropilin-1. Like CD303, the CD304 antigen is expressed on human plasmacytoid dendritic cells in normal blood and bone marrow. CD304 can also be detected on T follicular helper cells in inflamed tonsils, as well as on some B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias. In addition, CD304 is expressed on numerous non-hematopoietic cell types, including neurons, endothelial, and tumor cells. Plasmacytoid dendritic cells play a key role in the innate immune response against viral pathogens and tumors. Applications Reported: This TNKUSOHA antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This TNKUSOHA antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Alexa Fluor® 700 emits at 723 nm and can be excited with the red laser (633 nm). Most instruments will require a 685 LP mirror and 710/20 filter. Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochrome. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 723 nm; Laser: Red Laser. Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
