- Western blot analysis of mouse brain extracts (45 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with RAB5A monoclonal antibody , clone 3A4 (1 : 500) (Cat # MAB1109). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
