- Detection of Human Sp3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows nuclear extracts of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and, Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Sp3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4256) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for Sp3 at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
