- Western Blot: 14-3-3 zeta/delta Antibody (1314CT423.108.153.173.140) [NBP2-32739] - Analysis of lysates from A431, HepG2, mouse NIH/3T3, rat PC-12 and C6 cell line, mouse brain tissue (from left to right), using YWHAZ Antibody . Diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.

- Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 14-3-3 zeta/delta Antibody (1314CT423.108.153.173.140) [NBP2-32739] - Fluorescent image of U251 cells stained with 14-3-3 zeta/delta Antibody. It was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).
