Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human CCL21/6Ckine in ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, shows 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CCL24. Under reducing conditions, shows approximately 10-50% cross-reactivity with rhCCL2, 8, 13, 28, and rmCCL2. Does not cross-react with rhCCL1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14a, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, rmCCL1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 28, or rrCCL20.
