Western blot analysis of Arp2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with Arp2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96410) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Experimental details

Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extract (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), Hep G2 (Lane 2), THP-1 (Lane 3), and Mouse brain (Lane 4). The blot was probed with Anti-ACTR2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-96410, 1:1,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A 45 kDa band corresponding to ACTR2 was detected in all cell lines and tissue tested.
