- Western blot of HEK293 lysate overexpressing mouse MAPK6-GFP tested with MAPK6 antibody (0.5ug/ml) in left panel and with anti-GFP in right panel. GFP-only exression in the first lane. Observed molecular weight of MAPK6+ GFP: ~130kDa.

- Immunoprecipitation: MAPK6 antibody (1.5ug) precipitate from lysates of PRAK/MAPK6 double KO mouse embryonic fibroblasts, with (third lane) and without (fourth lane) rescued PRAK/MAPK6 expression through retroviral transduction. Routinely observed molecular weight: ~97kDa.
