- Detection of Human/Mouse Hck by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, DA3 mouse myeloma cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human/Mouse Hck Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3915) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Hck at approximately 59 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
