- Immunofluorescent analysis of FGFR4/CD334 in HeLa cells using a FGFR4/CD334 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-31991). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min) and incubated with primary antibody ata dilution of 1:200 for 2 hrs at room temperature. Detection was performed using an Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody (green) at a dilution of 1:1000 for 1 hr. Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) (10 µg/ml, 5 min).

- Flow cytometry analysis of FGFR4/CD334 in WiDr cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram) using a FGFR4/CD334 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-31991). Secondary detection was performed using a FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibody.
