- Recombinant GAPDH Antibody (Ab104788) - IF IF analysis of GAPDH (green) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained Recombinant GAPDH Antibody (Ab104788) at 1/100 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

- Recombinant GAPDH Antibody (Ab104788) - Flow Cytometry Overlay histogram showing HeLa cells stained with Recombinant GAPDH Antibody (Ab104788) (Red). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 15 min. The cells were then incubated in Recombinant GAPDH Antibody (Ab104788) (1/1000 dilution) in 1x PBS/1% BSA for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody was used a Goat Anti-Rabbit Alexa Fluor® 488 (IgG H+L) at 1/2000 dilution for 20 min at room temperature. Unlabelled sample (Black) was used as a control.
