- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat GRB7 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of CCD-1070Sk human foreskin fibroblast cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat GRB7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4856) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for GRB7 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- GRB7 in Human Liver Cancer Tissue. GRB7 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human liver cancer tissue using Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat GRB7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4856) at 1 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Sheep IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC006). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm in hepatocytes.
