- Immunohistochemistry: IL-16 Antibody (70720) [MAB3161] - CD-28H was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human thymus using CD-28H Monoclonal Antibody at 5 ug/ml. Tissue was stained using Mouse IgG VisUCyte HRP Polymer Antibody (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surface in thymocytes.
