- Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human A549 whole cell, human T-47D whole cell, human Caco-2 whole cell, human SW620 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human Raji whole cell. IHC: human colon cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human placenta tissue. ICC/IF: MCF7 cell. Flow: PC-3 cell, U20S cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of IRS1 in MCF7 cells. Antigen retrieval was performed with enzyme antigen retrieval (15 min).
