- Product name
- anti-Insulin Receptor Substrate 1 (IRS1) (pSer639) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human IRS-1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 639 (P-K-SP-V-S).
- Description
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using nonphosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
