- Swiss 3T3 cells on coverslips were stimulated with 3-5 mg/ml PDGF for 10 minutes and fixed in 100% methanol and permeabilized. Coverslips were incubated with anti-Lamp2 antibody and detected with FITC-conjugated secondary antibody.
