- Western blot detection of Phospho-c-Met pTyr1003 in extracts of H69 cells unstimulated (lane 1) or treated with 40 ng/mL HGF for 7.5 minutes (lanes 2-5). Samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% polyacrylamide gel, transferred to PVDF, and blocked with a 5% BSA-TBST buffer, followed by incubation using a Phospho-c-Met pTyr1003 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-28461).
