- Western Blot: c-Met [p Tyr1003] Antibody [NSB882] - 293T cell extracts transiently transfected with human c-Met were resolved by SDS-PAGE on 10% Tris-glycine gel and transferred to PVDF. Membranes, after blocking non-specific sites with 5% BSA-TBST buffer ON at 4C, were incubated with c-Met [pY1003] Ab, following prior incubation with: phosphopeptide immunogen (1), generic phosphotyrosine containing peptide (2), non-phosphopeptide corresponding to immunogen (3), or absence of phosphopeptide immunogen (4). The data show that only the peptide corresponding to c-Met [pY1003] blocks the Ab signal, thereby demonstrating the specificity of the Ab. The upper band is the c-Met precursor; the lower band corresponds to the proteolytically processed (mature) form of the receptor.
