Description

Telisotuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in tumor growth and metastasis. It is developed as an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), linked to a cytotoxic payload (e.g., a microtubule inhibitor), to deliver targeted chemotherapy to c-Met¨Coverexpressing cancer cells. It is being evaluated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors with c-Met dysregulation.
