Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of human heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Tenascin X Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-46966) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Tenascin X at approximately 470 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Western blot analysis of TNXB in 0.2 mg/mL lysates of human heart tissue. Samples were incubated in TNXB polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46966) using a dilution of 50 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG at a dilution of 1:50. A specific band was detected for Tenascin X at approximately 400 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 66-440 kDa separation system.

Experimental details

Immunohistochemical analysis of Tenascin X in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung mesothelioma. Samples were incubated in Tenascin X polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46966) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to stromal cells.
