- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human VEGF165 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) VEGF/PlGF is observed and less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) PlGF-2, rhFlt-1, rhVEGF R2, rhPlGF, rhVEGF-C, rhVEGF-D, and rmVEGF is observed.
