Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human IGFBP-5 in ELISAs and Western blots. In ELISAs, this antibody shows 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IGFBP-5 and no cross-reactivity with rhIGFBP-2, -3, -4, -6, rmIGFBP-1, -2, -3, -6, rhIGFBP-rp1, rmIGF-I, rmIGF-II, rhIGF-I, or rhIGF-II. In Western blots, this antibody does not cross-react with rhIGFBP-1, -2, -3, -4, -6, or -7.
