- Western Blot analysis of TrkC was performed by separating 50 µg of Various tissue extracts by 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a TrkC Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85231) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

- TrkC Polyclonal Antibody detects TrkC protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: SKNSH cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: TrkC protein stained by TrkC Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85231) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
