- Detection of Human and Mouse FKBP51 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, and Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat FKBP51 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4094) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for FKBP51 at approximately 51 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
