- Western Blot analysis of ZNF645 using a ZNF645 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98669) at a concentration of 3.2 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in: Jurkat whole cell lysate, MCF-7 whole cell lysate, Mouse heart tissue, Mouse brain tissue. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 49 kDa.

- Immunofluorescent analysis of ZNF645 in HepG2 cells using a ZNF645 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98669) at a dilution of 1:100. Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) secondary antibody was used.
