Experimental details

Recombinant human IFN-β1 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with a monoclonal anti-human IFN-β (clone IFNb/a1) antibody. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse-IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
