Experimental details

Detection of Human/Mouse GLI-1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 ug/ml of Human/Mouse GLI-1 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for GLI-1 at approximately 110 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Experimental details

GLI-1 in A1 72 Human Cell Line. GLI-1 was detected in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cell line using 10 ug/ml Human/Mouse GLI-1 Monoclonal Antibody for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).
