- Western blot analysis of GLI1 in human kidney lysate. Samples were incubated in GLI1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23411) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary antibody. 1) pre-immune sera at 1:5000 dilution and 2) GLI-1 antibody at 1 µg/mL. PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of GLI1 in C666-1 human nasopharyngel carcinoma cell line and OKF6 tert-1 human oral epithelial cell line. Samples were incubated in GLI1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23411) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL. Top panel: C666-1 malignant human nasopharyngel carcinoma cell line. Bottom panel: OKF6 tert-1 human oral epithelial cell line. GLI-1 was more highly expressed in the C666-1 than in the OKF6 tert-1 cells. See application notes for protocol details.
